How I Work

Every photograph I create is the product of a romantic relationship between the space and my lens. It's this romance that captures joy, delight, and purpose.

Romance is the glamour which turns the dust of everyday life into a golden haze.
— Elinor Glyn

Every space evokes emotions in me. I tap my inner feelings to capture the mood, tone, and emotional character of the design. This shared relationship creates a romance that can only be captured when the bond between design and emotion emerges. The result: The spaces in my photos look even better than they do in real life.

My best images spring forth when I share my heartfelt impressions.

The first glimpse of a new space is the most exciting part of a photo shoot for me. I take a few moments to simply experience the design, feel how energy flows in and around it, and revel in the finished composition without questioning or analyzing its creative foundations. It simply is, and I am grateful for it.
