There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer. (Ansel Adams)

It's easy to capture the mechanical details of a structure or space, this only requires technical ability, or several dozen photos and some dumb luck. To capture the emotional context, the artistry and character of a space requires a mature vision built upon on talent, guided by experience and facilitated by technical skill.

Anyone can show what a space looks like, an artist shares how a space feels. I do this by working to communicate my impressions of the designers work to the viewer of my photographs, always remembering that my work is intended to be shared.
