I really feel for the guys who were dealing with the problem yesterday. I was very upset and frustrated but I know they were doing all they could to resolve the problem. I've been in similar situations before and know how stressfull they can be. I know they have some people calling for a human sacrifice, but I won't go that route. The company is still a great company and I will continue to work with them, I will even continue to refer them. No one can be 100% all the time.

I'm glad I had the option of throwing something up on my blog here, but I realize now that I need a more formal alternative.They need to have backups ready to go, and honestly so do I.
