• $1650 Per Day
• $220 Per Hour
• $65 Per Image Photoshop Fee (Standard Retouching: switch plates, small heat registers, etc...)
• Photographer's Assistant - $200 Per Day (as required)

Flat Rate Pricing: Single Interior Photograph (Includes Photoshop Fee):
• First Single Interior $290
  • Mileage charges will be applied as noted below.
  • Cost Splitting: 30% additional usage rights fee for each additional client firm.
  • Each client firm billed equally and billed seperately.
• Second & Third $280 each
• Fourth, Fifth & Sixth $270 each
• Seventh & Eighth $260 each
• NO time limit • NO hidden costs • NO restrictions

Travel Expenses:

• Travel expenses include but are not limited to hotel, parking and mileage; these expenses are included in estimates when appropriate.
• Mileage is billed at $0.67 per mile beginning at the fifty-first mile from the photographers studio.

Special Expenses:

Special Equipment, Models, Make-Up Artist, Cleaning Services, etc... are billed as required.
